HOW CAN YOU HELP PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
If you are using a KC Heart & Home, Porch & Patio Co., or joyfulE website or application for which you registered and chose a password, you should not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also remember to sign out of the Porch & Patio Co. website and close your browser window when you have finished your work.
Please note that unencrypted email is not a secure method of transmission, as information in such emails may be accessed and viewed by others while in transit to us.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KC Heart & Home LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS
All Credit Cards and bank transfers in the for of ACH payments are accepted. We are not currently taking in person payments for services, via any website transactions.
Acceptable forms of payments for our physical pop-up events, will include all of the above and cash payments.
We do not accept physical check payments at any time.
We work with live plant material and cannot guarantee the success of those plants. We do not offer refunds but will replace any items that have failed within 48 hours of delivery, for custom pots, Made to Bloom inserts, and any of our live plant arrangements.
Other physical product that is damaged, we will exchange within 48 hours of delivery or purchase.
